We are proud to have the following businesses as part of our 'family'. If you can't find what you're looking for, ask Barb. We have lots of contacts.
West
PhysioHealth at Footscray or Williamstown.
Cory Prout (a distance runner himself) has been treating some of the AEARA runners at a discounted rate and deserves our support.
Paul Visentini has been involved with us for many years, since he was working in Alphington. Paul has now moved to Brighton East, so we don't see as much of him as we used to. He remains a great physio.
Paul and his crew also offer direct contact with your physio at any time for immediate injury advice, priority appointments and sponsor rates to our athletes. To receive this, you will need a Sponsor Athlete Card (ask Barb for one). The Card also gives you discounts at Echo Shoes Hampton and Shoe Logic in the City.
429 Nepean Highway, Brighton East, 3187
If you can't make it to Footscray, Williamstown or Brighton, we can also recommend the following physios/sports medicine clinics:
North/North West:
Windy Hill Physiotherapy, 86 Napier St, Essendon.
Ask for Paul Wise or Bruce Connor. They will keep your coach informed of your progress and training limitations.
East:
Peak Physiotherapy, Kew. Ask for Andrew Kokinos. He will keep your coach informed of your progress and training limitations. Andrew understands runners and triathletes, as he is a runner himself who has completed a marathon and a half ironman.
